What does J&M Strategic Consulting do?
We're a Tampa Bay managed service provider (MSP). We provide managed IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and cloud, backup and help desk support for professional firms, plus business strategy and operations consulting when you need more than IT. Who do you work with?
We focus on professional firms where downtime or a security incident directly affects clients and revenue: CPA and accounting firms, law firms, healthcare, dental and chiropractic practices and other growing businesses that have outgrown basic IT support.

How much do managed IT services cost?
It depends on how many users and devices you have and what your firm needs. Managed IT is billed monthly, usually per user or per device. Our pricing estimator gives you a starting point, and a free strategy call gets you an exact quote.
Do you offer on-site support?
Yes. Most support is handled remotely so problems get fixed quickly. When an issue needs hands-on work, on-site visits are available across our service area and are billed separately from your monthly plan.
Can you help us meet security and compliance requirements?
Yes. Our compliance package includes a written information security plan (WISP), which tax and accounting firms need under the FTC Safeguards Rule and IRS guidance. For healthcare practices, we put technical safeguards in place that support the HIPAA Security Rule. See our cybersecurity services.
Will you sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA)?
Yes. We sign a BAA with healthcare clients before working on systems that contain patient information, and we already support HIPAA-covered clients.
Do I have to use both the IT and consulting sides?
No. You can start with either. Most clients come to us for managed IT and cybersecurity; some add strategy and operations work once they see how much faster things move when the people planning the work and the people doing it are the same team.
